Common Questions
- How do I start interpreting? Tap the button in the center of the screen and speak naturally. Rice will detect the language and translate in real time.
- How do I change my language? Tap the language indicator at the top of the screen, or go to Settings and select your language.
- Where are my minutes? Your remaining balance is shown at the top of the screen. Tap it for a detailed breakdown of subscription and top-up minutes.
- How do I manage my subscription? Go to Settings > Manage Subscription, or open your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
- The app isn't translating. Make sure you have an active internet connection and microphone access enabled in Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
